Project Family Donation
For the past weeks, Stichting The Rock Foundation did a giveaway to meet the needs of 5 families. The families were filled with emotions. To some, it overflowed in the form of tears, whilst others remained speechless. We let them know that they are loved. Not only by Christ but also by TRF and many other people who supported herein. Anything you can do to help other people in the time that we are in, please just do it. You don’t know what it can mean to that person, it will brighten their day. What looks small in your eyes, might be very big for someone!
If there’s something that describes life, it’d have to be the law of sowing and reaping. Thanks to you, we were able to place laughter in the centre of 5 families, and you will be rewarded for that. Sooner or later. This project we decided to bless some families with food packages. This is not the first time that we’ve done this, but today it was extra special. There was a certain woman with a very sad story, we gave her 4 big bags of food and the way she started crying in front of my face? I was speechless. After this, one of our members started off to declare the Love of God to her and that broke her heart even more. By this action, she really saw the love of God because there was substance added to it. When we left this woman we went straight on our way to the next family and she just called us crying on the phone telling me how thankful and grateful she was for that which we have done. She even started to pray for us, this experience was just amazing. Let’s keep helping and supporting the people around us! Spread the love of God in action!

As Christians, we must be capable of taking care of people who are in need. This we can accomplish by giving them substance, feeding them, clothing them and supporting them.”
Always give without remembering and always receive without forgetting.

The right words can make a difference when talking to someone living on the streets. Always remember that we all need love and kindness.
Helping one person might not change te world, but it could change the world for one person and that person can change the world of another person and so goes on.
People do not notice whether it is winter or summer when they are happy.
Helping others decreases your stress levels and improves your mood. When you help others, it increases the endorphin levels in your body which makes you feel happy from the inside.
